Processing & Handling Time
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Tracking
All tracked orders will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Permanent Jewellery — In-Person Service
Our permanent welded jewellery service is available exclusively as an in-person experience at:
CBL Studios Shipley, West Yorkshire
Appointments are required and can be booked via our website. This service is not available for postal delivery — your permanent piece is welded directly onto you during your studio visit.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your Royal Mail tracking number for updates
- Allow an additional 5 business days (international orders may take longer)
- Contact us at hello [at] createdbylau [dot] com if your parcel appears lost
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international) from the dispatch date. We'll do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
