The Lau Guarantee: I offer a 30-day guarantee from your original welding date. If your piece breaks at the welded point within this period, I’ll reweld it for you completely free of charge.

After 30 Days: If your connection ever becomes compromised later down the line, don’t panic! Just keep your chain safe and reach out to me. As long as the chain itself is intact, I’m happy to reweld it in the studio for a small £10 fee to get you back to glowing.
