PROCESSING TIME

For most items we create these in advance so please allow 1-2 business days processing time before your order is shipped. For custom or pre-orders these typically ship within 7-10 business days of receiving cleared payment as these are made to order. If you need your order rushed, place email us ahead of time. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on change of mind, however if your item arrives damaged or is faulty please notify me within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss options. If you have any other concerns with your item, please contact us via hello@createdbylau.com and we will endeavour to find a favourable outcome for you. We will do our very best to work with our customers but ask that you keep in mind this is a small business!

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please send us an email to arrange an exchange via hello@createdbylau.com.
