When making a return please be aware of the following:
Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable. If you wish to make a return then please please contact us via email@example.com
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for jewellery for piercings such as earrings or any custom makes, however, if your item arrives damaged or is faulty please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss options. If you have any other concerns with your item, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to find a favourable outcome for you. We will do our very best to work with our customers but ask that you keep in mind this is a small business!
